This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- Class sign-up: name, email, optional phone number, the class date you booked, and, if you answer them, your preferred language and “Where are you today?”.
- 1-1 sessions (when open): name, email, phone, your goals, your time horizon, and the general types of investments you already hold (for example “mutual funds” or “fixed deposits”). Register-interest forms ask only for name, email and a one-line goal.
- Payments: a payment reference from Razorpay, the amount and the date. Razorpay handles the payment itself. We never receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
- Bookings: the time you choose through our booking tool (Cal.com) for a 1-1 session.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Contact form: name, email, topic and your message.
- Feedback: what you write in our feedback form. We only publish a quote with your written consent, and only your first name.
What we never collect: ID numbers (such as PAN, Aadhaar or passport numbers), bank or demat account numbers, card details, passwords or OTPs. Please don't send them to us in any form or message.
Why we use it
To run the class or session you booked, send the Zoom link, reminders and calendar invites, take payment, reply to your messages, send the newsletter you asked for, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site and classes: our form service, Google Sheets (where sign-ups are stored), our automation tool, Razorpay (payments), Cal.com and Zoom (bookings and sessions), our email service and our hosting.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to run your class or session and to meet legal and tax requirements, and for no more than 5 years. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. We then delete it.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If we switch on visitor analytics or advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), we will ask first with a cookie notice, and nothing loads unless you say yes. confirm tools before switching any on
Your rights, and how to ask for deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. To ask for deletion, email info@researchbysrivathsa.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address you used with us. We'll confirm when it's done. Every newsletter email also has an unsubscribe link.

Using this site
By using this website, joining a class or booking a 1-1 session, you agree to these terms. Our content is for your personal learning. Please don't copy, resell or republish it without permission.
Your conduct
Be respectful in live sessions. Don't share other participants' details or post promotional content, tips or links.
Payments
The weekly class costs ₹199. A 1-1 session costs ₹3,000. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See refunds and cancellations below.
1-1 sessions
1-1 sessions are not open yet. When they open, a member of our team will be allotted to your session. You will be asked to accept these terms before you pay.
Limits of liability
Our content is educational. We are not responsible for investment decisions you make or for any loss that results from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
Refund and cancellation policy

Weekly class (₹199)
Payments are non-refundable. If you can't attend, email us before the class starts and we'll move you to a later Saturday. You can do this once.
If we have to cancel a class, we'll offer you a place in the next one or a full refund.
1-1 session (₹3,000)
Payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule once, at least 24 hours before the session, using the link in your booking confirmation. A missed session can't be rescheduled.
Moving your booking
To move a class booking, email hello@researchbysrivathsa.com with your payment reference.
